TEXT IN ENGLISH BELOW

Cleantech ForEst ja Taastuvenergia ettevõte Sunly alustasid SA KredExi tellimisel säästva tehnoloogia ja jätkusuutlike lahenduste demokeskuse rajamist Pirital asuvasse energia ja roheinnovatsiooni kompetentsikeskusesse Port of Power. Projekt valmib sel aastal, hetkel on käimas ettevalmistusfaas, kus selgitatakse välja rohetehnoloogia ettevõtted, kes võiksid demoalal olla esindatud.

Demokeskuse eesmärgiks on anda Eesti cleantech sektori start-upidele, nende toodetele ja teenustele füüsilise eksponeerimise võimalus. Demokeskus on rahvusvahelise võrgustiku esmane kontakt, võimaldades välisdelegatsioonidel ja - organisatsioonidel saada pädev ülevaade Eesti cleantech valdkonna iduettevõtete tehnoloogiatest.

Pirital Masti 17 asuvas rohetehnoloogia keskuses Port of Power saab demokeskuse luua keskkonnas, kus on koos energeetika ja cleantech ökosüsteemi peamised osapooled. Iduettevõtete eestvedajate, ettevõtjate, investorite ja teiste huvipoolte vahetud kontaktid ja suhtlus peaks olema heaks eelduseks edukatele koostööprojektidele.

Projekti rahastatakse Startup Estonia programmi raames Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fondi vahenditest.

Sunly and Cleantech ForEst are creating a Clean-Tech Demo Centre

Renewable Energy Company Sunly and Estonian green innovation support organization Cleantech ForEst are creating a demo centre to promote sustainable technology at the Port of Power in Pirita, Estonia. The project will be completed this year and the first step is to map the companies in green technology that could be represented in the demo centre.

The purpose of the project is to provide a space where clean-tech start-ups,  their products and services can be exhibited and introduced. The demo centre will be a primary contact point for international networks, allowing foreign delegations and organisations to gain an overview of the clean technologies developed by Estonian start-ups.

Creating such demo centre in the energy and clean-tech hub called Port of Power has an advantage of having different key players all under the same roof. Direct contacts and interaction between start-up leaders, entrepreneurs, investors and other stakeholders is a good foundation for successful cooperation projects.

The demo centre is built with the help of KredEx – a governmental foundation that provides different financial solutions. The project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Startup Estonia program.
